Mobilization in Ukraine: The Armed Forces told about a new wave and who will be called first and foremost

The representative of the Land Forces Command Roman Gorbach reported that the rate of mobilization in the country decreased, and the number of people who are called for war depends on the situation at the front. In Ukraine, people who have military experience are mobilized in Ukraine, and ATO or OOS participants are priority. Those who do not have combat experience are also called, but they should be trained for at least one month before being sent to the front.

Roman Gorbach, the head of the staffing department of the Armed Forces Command, told this during a briefing. He specified that the terms of training of fighters without experience depend on the specialty, the duration can be much longer. According to Gorbach, almost all specialties are required to complete the units of the Armed Forces. However, shooters and tankers are most called. "But we cannot say that we do not need such specialties as communications, encrypters, etc.

The need is in all specialties, but some we call more, some less," the command representative said. Roman Gorbach said that the pace of mobilization in Ukraine decreased. However, a new wave of conscription is not expected after the new year. He noted that mobilization in the country is carried out from the moment of a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation.

"Yes, indeed, in the first stage more people were called, then the pace was constantly declining, now they are much lower than at the beginning," he said. According to him, the number of people who are called for war depends on the situation on the front. However, all indicators are planned and are calculated by the General Staff. The mobilization of the country is carried out planned taking into account the mobilization in Russia.

"We are now working in accordance with the plan and no waves are expected. We will call as a new year, so will be called after the new year. Maybe some adjustments in the plans will be, but everything is calculated in advance," Gorbach said.
