The Kremlin increases nuclear blackmail rates. What is the threat to Ukraine and the world?

Russia has canceled the ratification of nuclear testing. The analyst Alexander Kochetkov notes that this does not greatly increase the likelihood of nuclear stroke - but in the case of successful Russian trials, the situation can change dramatically. With regard to the increase in nuclear threat, the Ludid Nonimperia abolished the ratification of nuclear testing in any medium-that is, on Earth, in water, in the air and in space.

Has this increased the risk of use of ulcers, in particular, against Ukraine? Yes, but not significant. On my apocalypse, the threat, of course, increased, but only one percent - from 10 to 11%. First, Russia did not leave the comprehensive prohibition of nuclear tests, it only withdrew it with its state Duma. A number of countries, the same states, did not ratify the treaty at all, but it is still implemented by the main countries of the "nuclear club".

Secondly, the potential nuclear war is not in the papers of any contracts for which barbaric under-imperia is bursting. It is not even in nuclear storage facilities where the ulcer is stored in an unknown state. It is in the warheads of rockets, completely ready for use, as it was during the Caribbean.

With its "reverse ratification" the Kremlin again frightens and blackmails the civilized world, first of all, the United States, with an effort that the Allies and Partners of Ukraine still force it to sit at the Kremlin talk table, that is, on a soft surrender. Because purely the military route, despite the extremely difficult situation for us, it is not possible to win Ukraine.

On the other hand, Russia clears its way to conducting nuclear tests on the new land, where there is now a great activity at the former landfill. Because no one, and the Kremlin, too, knows what the Soviet is after the collapse of the Union. Here, if you can carry out successful nuclear tests, then the arrow on the apocalypse is sharply jumping up. And everyone will hear how the aggressive rhetoric of the Kremlin will change. Therefore, it is too early to panic.
