Mobilization in Ukraine: What diseases will not be taken to the Armed Forces
When passing the Military Medical Commission (VLK), it may find out that a citizen has certain diseases that give the right to defer or unfitness. The article states that the VLK establishes unusable or delayed mobilization, guided by two main documents: Order of the Ministry of Defense No. 490 of August 18, 2023 and Order No. 402 of August 14, 2008.
The last document contains the Regulations on the Military Medical Expertise in the Armed Forces, where the table is placed The list of diseases - this list is guided by doctors, writing the conclusion about the suitability or unsuitable for the army. In the summer of 2023, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine changed the list of diseases that made it possible not to serve in the army.
In particular, citizens with the following diagnoses will be suitable: the service in some troops requires additional health requirements, stated in the VLK Regulations. Annex 3, for example, lists individual articles and physical development indicators for tankers, artillerymen, marines, paratroopers, special forces, junior commanders and more. Among the requirements for physical development - height, certain weight, visual acuity, hearing sensitivity.
There are also diseases that cannot be served in certain military accounting specialties. The delay in mobilization can be two categories: in other cases, a person is suitable for service in the army, indicated in the article "Windows". The VLK doctors are guided by Annex 1 of the Regulations, assessing the health of the military.
They can conclude on temporary or delayed suitability in the presence of the following diseases and conditions: with certain diseases, a person is completely excluded from the accounting in the CCC - a detailed description of the diseases can be found in Annex 1. Also in the Windows stressed that the disease should be really serious: we note that earlier, focus wrote about changes in the rules of passing the VLK, which began to operate on November 6.
In particular, innovations provide that the passage of medical commission should not exceed four days, and the analysis - no more than three days. It is also decided that the military will be inspected without queues. In addition, they talked about punishment for men who refused to undergo medical commission. They are waiting for administrative punishment - a fine from 3400 to 5100 UAH.
