The Russian side will be represented by Grigory Karasin, a former diplomat, who is now chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Federation Council, and Sergey Beseda, Advisor to the Federal Security Service.
Negotiations between the US and the Ukrainian side took place on Sunday, March 23. Upon completion, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov reported that the conversation was "very constructive" and "meaningful".
