Russia has created a new army corps for war in Ukraine, but is unlikely to be able to recruit people - the Ministry of Defense of Britain

According to the UK Ministry of Defense, Russia has created a new army corps for war in Ukraine, but it is unlikely to be able to gain the necessary number of people. The Twitter agency states that the Russian command will still encounter competing operating priorities by increasing the offensive in the Donbass and increasing defense against the expected Ukrainian counterattack in the south.

To support their operations in the Russian Federation, a new large formation of land troops - the 3rd Army Corps, based in the Mulin Nizhny Novgorod region, was created. Russia probably plans to complete most of this formation of recently formed "volunteer" battalions that are formed throughout the country and unite recruits from the same areas. Russian regional policies have confirmed that potential recruits offer profitable cash bonuses after they go to Ukraine.
