To spread: employees of the operational units of the Maritime Protection of the State Border Service and the Security Service of Ukraine detained a ship of the "shadow fleet" of the Russian Federation in the inner waters of the Black Sea, which illegally exported Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied territories of the southern regions. About it reports on April 25 the press service of the STSU.

The border service said that a delayed foreign vessel was illegally transported to third countries by Ukrainian agro -products. Investigators found that at the end of 2024, the dry cargo delivered about 5 thousand tons stolen from the temporarily occupied part of the south of Ukraine wheat from the port of Sevastopol.

The ship was masked under the flag of one of the Asian states, which is typical for the so -called "shadow fleet" of the Russian Federation, the press service of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The SBU press service reported that the investigation has established the belonging of the arrested vessel to the "shadow fleet", which Russia uses to sell the stolen Ukrainian grain in third countries.

During the search, navigation equipment, documentation and material evidence were seized on board confirming the participation of the vessel and its crew in the scheme of illegal export of Ukrainian grain. It is noted that the drying cargo was arrested and the crew was detained for further pre -trial investigation and the establishment of persons involved in illegal export.
