Russia threw "Iskanders" to the border with Poland - media (video)

To spread: a video was posted on the network, which recorded the placement of the starting installations of the operative-tactical complexes "Iskander" in the Kaliningrad region. The authors suggest that the technique was moving near the border with Poland. In particular, a similar video posted the CLASH REPORT telegram. The footage shows a column of several launchers moving the route.

"The Russian armed forces allegedly deployed the Iskander missile complex on the highway in the Kaliningrad region, near the border with Poland," the post reads. It is worth noting that the geolocation of these materials has not been confirmed at this time. At the same time, there are no official statements or comments from the Russian side yet. Focus also wrote that on September 12, joint military exercises began with Russia and Belarus called "West-2025".

During maneuvers, both countries work out scenarios of possible armed confrontation with NATO countries. There are 18,200 military personnel, including 5,500 Russians. Although the scale looks relatively limited, experts emphasize that these exercises are serious. Particular attention is paid to the development of scripts with the use of nuclear weapons and new Orezhnik missile systems, which are planned to be placed in Belarus by the end of the year.

The main purpose of maneuvers is the demonstration of strength and pressure on the country adjacent to Belarus. Moreover, the Polish authorities have recently decided to temporarily cover the border with Belarus on the night of September 12 to September 13.
