According to Ukrainian intelligence, Russian military enterprises have significantly reduced the requirements for employees. Now people without experience and the history of drug use, criminal record and bankruptcy can work in the Russian Security Service. The authorities of the Russian Federation are experiencing a shortage of qualified personnel in the defense industry and carrying out reforms to involve specialists in the respective enterprises.

This is stated in the report of the Institute of War Study of March 14. American analysts report that the Russian government is taking steps to strengthen its defense industry, including a choice in favor of qualified employees rather than trained military. The Ministry of Industrial Committee of the Russian Federation compiled a list of specialties whose representatives are delayed from service in the Armed Forces.

Russian President Vladimir Putin also acknowledged that the defense industry is undergoing a shortage of personnel and promised to employees of the MIC of the MFC wages and other benefits. The authors of the report also indicate that the Russian media has information about the possible introduction of military bonds. The publication states that referring to the data of Ukrainian intelligence that the military enterprises of Russia have significantly decreased requirements for employees.
