Volodymyr Zelensky presented a Victory Plan and called on it in his countries and in conversations with partners.

According to him, the implementation of the plan will make Russia to participate in the Peace Summit and to see the fully restored effectiveness of the goals and principles of the United Nations. “Today, on the UN International Day, it is especially necessary to say it.
