According to the department, due to the destruction of more than 6 thousand hectares of forest, the groundwater level began to change, and in some places swamps began to appear, and the water level in some lakes began to rise sharply. "The destruction of forests in Donetsk in the future will be felt in neighboring regions. All southeast of Ukraine will be increasingly covered with dust storms from Central Asia," the Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized.
