On the Ukrainian side, the event was also attended by: Minister of Defense of Rustem Umerov, Minister of Strategic Industry of Ukraine Oleksandr Kamyshin, Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, Deputy Head of Presidential Office Roman Mashovets and Andriy Sibiga. The interlocutors discussed the prospects of partnership and joint production of weapons, in particular, taking into account the military experience of Ukraine.
"The air shield and demining are today the two biggest priorities for us," the Head of State stated. According to the President, it is a matter of both air defense means and production of warning systems, intelligence, etc. “We have to do it. This will be useful not only for Ukraine but also for Europe, for our neighbors, ”Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced. Also, as the Head of State noted, Ukraine is interested in the production of long -range missiles and artillery with new opportunities.
According to the President, it is the combination of the latest technologies and military tactics that will help Ukraine win the war with the Russian aggressor. “That is why we priority development of defense production using modern technologies, production of shells, missiles, drones in Ukraine in cooperation with the world leaders of the sphere and using our experience of their operation.
