This is a shame: Alina Mikhailova criticized military medicine that harms the Armed Forces fighters (video)

In order to save the wounded soldiers of the Armed Forces more effectively, military medicine should be taken after special training and not all in a row, says Alina Mikhailova paramedic. Failure to do so will lose their lives and health. The Armed Forces who were injured on the front line are provided by doctors who do not know or deliberately violate treatment protocols. As a result, 25-year-old servicemen can, for example, lose sight.

Due to problems with the fighters, they do not do blood transfusions, while doctors are convinced that they reduce the likelihood of complications. About problems with military medicine, which harm the wounded, the head of the medical service "ULF" of the first separate assault battalion "Wolf Da Vinci" them. Dmitry Kotsubayl 3 Oshbr Alina Mikhailova wrote on Facebook page.

The paramedic posted a fragment of a conversation with a physician who, in her opinion, did not properly assist the wounded soldiers of the Armed Forces. To hear how she asks the interlocutor, whether he knows the treatment protocols and in which cases should be used blood transfusions. In response, heard that an unknown physician indicates a threat to the deterioration of the wounded, if he is transferred of poor quality blood.

"Then people die in hospitals when this blood is overdue," - heard the words of the doctor whom Mikhailov spoke. The post states that the head of the medical service feels anger and protests against "idiocy" and "shame for the whole system of military medicine. " According to her, the problem arose because of the actions of a medical company commander, whom she called incompetent and ignorant. The paramedic summed up that she sees the "disaster of military medicine".

Mikhailova listed several cases of incorrect assistance to the wounded: for example, the wrong treatment of eye injuries. She explained that after such a "treatment" a person of 25 years will lose sight, and will not investigate, as it is not, conditional, tops. After that, a list of violated protocols, which is not known by her colleague, is voiced. And the reason for this situation is the lack of selection of people who will treat the wounded.

According to the proposals of paramedic, the military command should take five steps to overcome the problem: it is about certification, training, control, responsibility for mistakes and mistakes. "It's not just a problem. It's a shame. And if we don't change this system now, the consequences will be catastrophic," Mikhailova wrote. Under the post of paramedic, the military command was felt by the command of the medical forces to the General Staff of the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Health.

There is no reaction to a public appeal. Earlier, Focus wrote about an interview that Mikhailova gave TSN. During a conversation with journalists, the paramedic mentioned "beading", lack of demobilization and closed borders. In her opinion, the Ukrainian authorities have plans to strengthen the conscription that are waiting for their time. We remind that the military journalist and editor -in -chief of "Censor.
