According to the Armed Forces representative, now the president of the aggressor country wants to promote "negotiations" and show his "force" and the full "control of the situation", which is why Ukraine, as he believes, should be agreed to the Kremlin conditions. However, there is really no doubt that Putin does not need peace. Its main goal is to "freeze" the war and win time to accumulate reserves and efforts to then hit with new force.
