Alcohol and Drugs: British intelligence named the percentage of abuse in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation

The reason for the degradation of soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was the lack of rotation, which is why they were forced without vacation to be on the front for a long time. Among the Russian servicemen, abuse of alcohol and drugs is widespread, leading to a large number of disciplinary misconduct and crimes. According to an independent Russian edition, 15% of Russian servicemen in Ukraine use drugs, including amphetamines and hemp.

On November 13, the press service of the UK Ministry of Defense reported. British intelligence notes that the information of the Russian publication deserves trust, as it coincides with numerous reports from 2022 on the high level of disciplinary incidents, crimes and deaths related to alcohol abuse among Russian soldiers.

Probably those servicemen who were exposed on such violations, the military command of the Russian Federation sends to the Storm-Z units, thus the so-called assault teams have actually turned into penalties. British intelligence also names the causes of this situation in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
