135 thousand people are planned to be called for conscript service. It should be noted that on September 22, the deputy head of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Volodymyr Tsyliansky announced the referral of conscripts to the service "only in the territory of Russia". Autumn calling campaign is conducted using a single register of military accounting.

Paper summons will also be issued during the alerting of the Russians. The military official promised not to involve conscripts in a "special military operation", a full -scale war in Ukraine.
