In the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, the Russian leadership wants to provide the region with its textbooks so that Ukrainian children learn Russian and "right" history. The Russian authorities bring new propaganda literature to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine before the beginning of the school year. This was reported by the National Resistance Center.

As part of this campaign, in particular, from Kabardno-Balkaria to the Kherson region will be delivered 1,200 textbooks that promote the Russian version of history and language. These materials include Russian history textbooks that cover periods from 1914 to 1945, as well as from 1945 to the beginning of the XXI century. There will also be textbooks for students from world history.

In addition, schools with occupying symbols, which can decorate the premises of the school, will bring to the schools. The CNS emphasizes that these actions of Russia are part of the occupation administration's efforts to impose its version of history and culture in Ukrainian schools. Therefore, the Russians do not attempt to change the identity of Ukrainian children, which can be regarded as an element of genocide.

"They (invaders, editors) seek to form a distorted idea of ​​reality in children through education and consolidate control over the Ukrainian population through a change in the consciousness of future generations," the center said. Earlier, the Center for Combating Misinformation reported that the Russian authorities use children for its anti -Ukrainian propaganda.

In particular, in the Russian Duma it was recommended to supplement school textbooks on the history of "information about the analogies of crimes of the Kiev regime with the structures of the Nazis in the mid -XX century". Thus, children want to form and consolidate a negative attitude towards Ukrainians and Ukraine as an enemy as a whole.

Recall that Russia continues to carry out forced certification on a temporarily occupied part of Ukraine and use different ways - blackmail and refusal to provide services without a Russian passport. In the occupied Kherson region, the enemy plans to strengthen control of the drivers, demanding the mandatory use of the Russian -sample driver's license. Ukrainian driver's licenses intend to declare invalid.
