The soldiers of the unit used distraction tactics, causing fire on one of the M1117 armored personnel carriers, and thus minimized the risks for the main group of guns. The fighters of the 425th separate assault battalion "Skala" continue successful assault actions against the Russian forces in eastern Ukraine. The other day, the battalion posted a video of the Pokrovsky direction, where the assault actions were supported by two American M1117.

The Rock soldiers developed tactics that made it possible to divert the enemy's attention to the first armored vehicle, causing fire on themselves and minimizing the risks for the main group. At this time, Ukrainian bombers and FPV drones promptly suppressed the enemy's positions, providing cover for planting a second assault group.

While the Russian forces were sending their drones to the first M1117, the second armored personnel carrier broke through to the trench of the enemy and planted the assault group that knocked out the enemy from the position and successfully cleaned the territory. At the same time, three Russian servicemen who tried to retreat were destroyed. "It looks like a coordination of actions, an effective strategy and a clear communication between groups," the video said.

Recall that in early November the 425th battalion performed an important engineering operation to clear the path for future offensive actions. In the area of ​​Novogrodivka, the reconnaissance of the unit conducted key routes, using the ATVs and drones with thermal imaging, which made it possible to effectively identify mines and ensure safety for the movement of equipment.
