Military driver organized a "business" on evidence: he invented to sell summons
However, in the spring of 2023 he invented a way to earn a little. In early March, he suggested a familiar assistance with a delay from mobilization "due to his connections". The idea was to get the storylines with the signature of the manager and the seal from the employees of the shopping center. They had to "save" the evasion of a call for up to two months. One such summons was estimated by a man at 1. 5-2 thousand hryvnias. However, the client turned to law enforcement instead of buying forms.
Already under the control of investigators, he contacted a serviceman and agreed to buy two summons for 3000 UAH. Soon the men met, and the driver gave unfilled forms in exchange for money. About a month later, the client sought the summons again - this time he wanted to buy three, for about 8. 5 thousand hryvnias. The meeting took place for the second time. The military soon reported that the price of the summons had increased. Now he rated each form at about $ 500.
However, this time he offered a larger "party" - immediately nine documents. The next time, the buyer brought UAH 26,000 and $ 1. 2 thousand (at that time, it is UAH 43. 8 thousand). For these funds, he received the promised nine stories. In total, in about two months, the Kharkiv resident sold 14 forms from the CCC and earned more than 81 thousand hryvnias. The accused pleaded guilty and concluded an agreement with the prosecutor. He agreed to pay a fine of 85 thousand hryvnias.
