According to the expert, the Ukrainian government began to think in advance of how to solve problems through Demarsh Russia: they worked with shipowners and agreed on new areas of transportation. Mykola Gorbachev, the President of the Ukrainian Grain Association, stated that it provided for the breakdown of the grain agreement by Russia. Therefore, some steps began to continue to continue the export of Ukrainian grain.

Gorbachev told about the steps taken in this direction to the Russian BBC service. According to the head of the UZA, Ukrainian officials began to act in advance. In particular, they concluded direct agreements with the owners of ships who agreed to export grain. Such actions, according to Gorbachev, will help to continue exports contrary to the actions of the Russian Federation. In addition, a minimum of one alternative path for Ukrainian grain was named through the Danube.

However, he acknowledged that transportation in this way is still more expensive, and the amount of cargo transported is smaller than it would be necessary. It should be noted that Gorbachev commented in more detail the situation of the Latifundist agroportal.

In particular, the specialist considered all the advantages, disadvantages and problems of the following alternative directions of grain movement: meanwhile, the UPs calculated how many grain was able to export Ukraine during the entire grain agreement - 32. 8 million tons. At the same time, the land border was transported to much less (in the first two months of 2023 - up to 1 million tons).

The head of the UZA recalls another way: there is a proposal to create so -called "dry ports": storage complexes, where it was possible to store grain and then gradually send for its intended purpose. They offer to build two dry ports-by 2. 6-6 million tons near Yagodin and 4. 2-11. 2 million tons near Shehyn. We remind that the Russian government has announced the termination of the Grain Corridor: According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, this will happen on July 18.

At the same time Ursula von der Liaien, the head of the European Commission, called such an act as a "cynical step". In turn, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky noted that in fact the Russian Federation terminated an agreement concluded with the UN and Turkey. Meanwhile, Ukraine did not break the agreement and continue to ship the grain. Experts have suggested that Russia will require for the restoration of the agreement: they hint that it is about aluminum and ammonia.
