Law enforcement officers detained a resident of Bakhmut, Donetsk region, who was an agent of Russian special services. This was reported on Wednesday, August 10 by the Security Service of Ukraine. The attacker was recruited by an employee of the 5th FSB service after the start of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, receiving the operational alias "Sedoi".
The Russian agent had to transfer to his curator intelligence, concerning the dislocations of personnel and military equipment of the Armed Forces in the eastern direction. These information was used by the occupiers to task. In turn, the collaborator reported on their performance after shelling. He transmitted data from photos, videos and geolocation through closed communication channels, carefully hiding the fact of cooperation with the intelligence service of the aggressor country.
