Military Accounting Abroad: What data should be updated in the CCC in May

The conscripts, even when abroad, must update the information in the relevant register of staffing. To do this, they do not need to appear in Ukraine, but it is enough to contact the embassy or use an electronic office. Mobilization in Ukraine during martial law requires that the conscripts who are abroad have also updated military-accounting data at the territorial center of staff (TCC and JV). The information submission process begins in May.

The lawyer Yaroslav Zvonenko told about what kind of data it is necessary to provide military committees or whether it is necessary to go to Ukraine. Military registration abroad will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Final Provision of Law No. 3633, reminded the lawyer. The text explicitly states that the requirement also applies to men who are abroad. In addition, the document mentions the updates of Art. 20 of the Law "On the Legal Regime of Martial Status".

It states that men will be conducted at the same time as the data is updated and if they provide military documents. To update the information in the registry, citizens have three possibilities: if the citizen is abroad, he has two options: the process of mandatory upgrade begins on May 18 and last two months, Zvonenko reminded. According to the requirements of the law on strengthening of mobilization, the following categories of Ukrainians are obliged to update military accounting data: citizens are obliged to provide the CCC with the following up-to-date information: we note that when mobilization in Ukraine, they plan to increase punishment for violation of military accounting rules. MPs are considering a bill that will impose a fine of UAH 25-50 thousand for this type of violation.
