Quite non -creating: what is not so much with the Army Digital Bill - Experts
The media state that the law is really important and necessary, as it should increase the efficiency of mobilization (functioning of the electronic register of military service), provision of services to the military (including combatants), etc. Proponents of the bill in its present form are unanimous that the norm is necessary for further reforming, development and functioning of the Armed Forces, journalists write.
Those who criticize the provisions of the bill warn that a number of its norms conceal significant risks. In particular, they make "defenseless" secret information that will be stored on servers outside Ukraine. In this form, the law could not be adopted - Roman Kostenko is convinced - the People's Deputy from Voice, the military, the veteran of the ATO, the participant of the full -scale war and the secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security.
"It is impossible to post secret and secret information on servers abroad! Especially the system of combat management during the war! This is an example of" simple decisions "that can lead to catastrophic consequences that it will be impossible to correct!" - Kostenko said, commenting on the prospects of adopting a law in the first reading.
Vitaliy Deynega agrees with Kostenko-a well-known military volunteer, a representative of the IT community, until recently the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for digitalization. He warns that the rules of the bill provide for the transfer of military data to other countries. Dainega sees in this perspective a possible corruption component and a sign that secret data will fall into "clouds" outside Ukraine.
