He said that he ignored the summons because of his "direction to a psychiatric hospital". The ATO participant wanted to "count there first" and then serve.

The verdict states that according to the conclusion of a forensic psychiatric expert at the time of evasion, the man did not suffer from a mental illness and "aware of his actions".
