According to her, the main efforts of the enemy are now focused on Liman, Bakhmut, Avdiiv, Mariinsky and Kupyansk directions, where heavy fights continue. On the last end of last week, Russian invaders have been trying to actively occur. "Currently, the enemy is searching for weak places in our defense, actively conducting assault actions in the areas of settlements Masyutivka, Novoselivske in order to displace our units for the barrier border of the Oskil River," - the message reads.

The enemy has only two tasks: try to return the lost positions and make the Ukrainian side transfer additional reserves to this direction. In the estuary direction, Russian invaders also attempted assault actions, trying to displace the Armed Forces from the occupied positions, but unsuccessfully. In the Bakhmut direction, offensive actions are also ongoing. On the southern flank throughout the week, Ukrainian defenders were actively promoting daily.

Over the past 7 days, the Armed Forces improved the operational position and leveled the front line in the Bakhmut direction. "The territory of 7 sq. km is released. In general, during the offensive in this direction the liberated area is 31 square meters," - the message reads. Defense forces also continue offensive operations. In particular, it is about Melitopol and Berdyansk directions where some success has been achieved.

Throughout the week, the enemy's rear from the Ukrainian defense line was recorded in certain areas. 10. 9 sq. Km. Particular attention is worthy of Tavriya, where, from July 10 to July 17, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 134 units of enemy equipment, 36 ammunition warehouses and 2 warehouses with fuel and lubricants.
