It will be better if they begin to appoint competent people who can perform work qualitatively, not sexologists and cynologists from their friends. By the way, another attempt to justify corruption is to say that it is everywhere. Of course, corruption is everywhere, but in all civilized states it is fighting it, not tolerantly treated.
They do not say they fight, but punish and do not cover corrupt officials. If not to fight corruption, then state institutions cease to work and the state dies. When a prosecutor, a police officer or Subshnik covers the offender for a "share" or because of the nepotism and does not punish him, the state degrades and ceases to perform its functions. In this case, the request for justice remains, but is not satisfied with the state.
In a situation with Ukraine, this leads to the Maidan and consequences that do not always have a positive effect on state institutions. And in the worst case, Vigilants or Lynchnators take a monopoly for violence from the states. After the war, a lot of efforts will be made to revive and rebuild Ukraine. But you will have to rebuild not only homes, roads and infrastructure, but also trust in the authorities. We need to revive trust and respect for institutions.
You will also need to return confidence in law enforcement agencies. This can be achieved solely by cases, not loud statements or words that corruption is defeated. And it will be necessary to create an institution of reputation in society. From zero. It will be necessary to build a rule of law in which the rule of rights and freedoms would not be an empty sound. You will have to rebuild, restart or create the State Institution that citizens would trust.
And without that we will not be able to revive Ukraine. It is time to understand that in post -war Ukraine (with a terribly destroyed infrastructure, with a destroyed economy and with dubious prospects) will live only if the situation will change.
And in Ukraine, which is imbued with and imbued with kum and corruption, with fries and "ship pines" in power, with stupid and selling politicians, officials and media, with society, impregnated with unbelief and unrealized request for justice, want to live only stupid and corrupt officials. They agree to live as before, but they will not be able to revive Ukraine. And they will not be given money for recovery. And few people want to live in such Ukraine.
