"Daggers" on Starokostiantyniv: The expert told where the missiles could go

To spread: Russia launched three aerobalist missiles of the "dagger" from the Mig-31K boards in Ukraine in the morning of July 28, but they did not reach their goals. The air expert and the leading researcher of the State Aviation Museum Valery Romanenko explained that if the missiles do not have their own guidance system, then they are guided only by the inertial navigation system. The greater the distance, the greater the deviation. The air expert told about it in Ether for Media Radio NV.

According to Romanenko, the "daggers" that disappeared on July 28, could have some problem. In particular, to be unstable to radio electronic struggle, or there were difficulties in navigation, which caused the missiles over Ukraine stopped being fixed. "If such a projectile, well, that is, the rocket, does not have its own system, and it is driven only by the inertial navigation system. And the greater the distance, the more the deviation," the expert said.

The problem of hypersonic weapons, he said, is that it flies "in a cloud of plasma", and it does not miss radio waves instead. Romanenko also added that such a deviation is offset by satellite navigation. That is, as he explained, any flying object, rocket or drone returns to the programmed territory. "If there is no connection with the satellite or [projectile] unstable to the HR, that is, false coordinates are thrown there, then any object falls,"-said the air expert.

In this situation, the goal can fly in an unknown direction due to counterfeit coordinates. In addition, Valery Romanenko reported that during a full -scale war, Russia launched at least 160 dagan missiles in Ukraine, of which about 50 of which were managed. It should be noted that Starokostiantyniv suffered a massive blow on July 28. Russian drones, winged missiles X-101 and aerobalist missiles of the "dagger" flew to the city. The latter did not reach their goals, Ukraine reported.
