"This time, Frankivsk region, our youth, our young pilots, who soon actually go to study," said Yuri Ignat. According to him, young pilots will study on another program abroad, in particular in the United Kingdom they will be taught on new types of aircraft, especially on the F-16. Ignati stressed that the armed forces of the Russian Federation wanted to hit young people in order to deprive Ukraine of the prospects of further re -equipment into the latest Western models of equipment.

Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko stated that the wreckage of an enemy rocket had been recorded in the Obolon and Dniprovsky districts of the capital. The enemy also struck a rocket strike on an apartment building in the Kolomyia district of Ivano-Frankivsk region, where a family with three children lived. An 8-year-old boy was taken to the hospital in a critical condition, but the doctors failed to save him.
