At the same time, the Tax Code stated that they would investigate this incident. A video with a war veteran's story was posted by one of Lviv's public. The footage shows a man who called himself Andrew Baglai.

According to the man, on the night of May 17, 2025, at about 11:30 pm, he walked on Kulparkivska Street, when a minibus came out, from which five people in the uniform jumped out and attacked a man. He says that the men hit him from his back, did not present any documents and were pushed into transport. Further, according to Baglai, he was beaten on his head, and also carried streets of Lviv for an hour.

Only after a while the man asked the questionnaire, returned the phone, and then - thrown from the bus on one of the streets of the city. The veteran himself says he has a third disability group and was dismissed for health. In the video, the man states that he received hematomas, and also recorded on the video license plates, where he was kept for an hour.

Subsequently, the Lviv Regional Tax Code and JV reported that they became aware of a video with the National Guard, who became a "subject of public discussion". "The inspection is currently being checked, the incident is being investigated. We check who from the RTC and JV of the Lviv region are involved in the above -mentioned episode," the message reads.

In the Lviv Regional Shopping Center, it was added that in case of confirmation of misconduct of servicemen, the guilty will be responsible in accordance with the law. "We are interested in as soon as possible to find out all the details," - said in a comment to the Regional Center for Management. Earlier it was reported that a resident of Svetlovodsk accused the shopping center of beating her father.
