The Armed Forces were armed with the latest French drone MV-25 Oskar: What is known about it (video)
The MV-25 Oskar is an anti-personnel and flawless ammunition designed for a small distance action equipped with KNDS warheads, according to the manufacturer's website. UAVs are designed to neutralize infantry and lightweight equipment with minimization of side damage. The drone is able to carry a 550-gram fragmentation-fugitive warhead up to 25 km, being in the air for up to 45 minutes. It is easy to deploy and does not require a runway or prepared area.
The MV-25 Oskar was created on the basis of a fixed wing aircraft made of special polystyrene material, which provides low radar visibility. The device also uses a resistant data channel and can navigate in the absence of GNSS. In case of cancellation of the task, it is able to interrupt the attack due to the new generation of safety weapons, and then return to the observation regime to repeat the targets when the appropriate moment comes.
