"We'll all go home now": Russian who shot the military committee told about his motives

Sagittarius conceived an attack after his best friend was killed in the war and received a summons brother. A resident of the Irkutsk region, who staged a shooting in Ust-Ilim military enlistment office, 25-year-old Ruslan Zinin explained to investigators why he decided to attack the military committee. According to him, he decided to do so after the summons into the army was brought him to a 21-year-old cousin.

Before that, Zinin was amazed at the death of his best 19-year-old friend in the war in Ukraine, who was killed in March. On September 26, Zinin, together with the mobilized, came to the military enlistment office. Eyewitnesses said that at the entrance to the institution there was no metal detector and documents from those who are entering, did not ask: "They watched the summons, in the magazine Cherkanyl - and pass. " So Zinin managed to carry the cut inside.

Rising with all in the assembly hall, he began to listen to the speech of the military committee, Colonel Alexander Yeliseyev, Ruslan Zinin joined him, began to ask questions about his dead friend and, apparently, without receiving clear answers, twice shot. According to eyewitnesses, before opening the shooting, Zinin said, "Now we will go home. " The guy tried to escape through the fire exit, but he was closed.

The castle managed to break the shot, but the arrow failed to get out of the military enlistment office: he was twisted at the exit. Currently, Colonel Yeliseyev is in a very serious condition. Zinin faces up to eight years in prison. It should be noted that under the new laws for evasion of mobilization it threatens up to 10 years in prison. It is unknown whether Zinin himself received the summons, according to some reports, they also intended to mobilize.
