"Creates a Group": Sinegububov explained ISW data on Russian troops in Kursk region (video)

The chairman of the Kharkiv Ova Oleg Synigubov stated that there is no reason to say that the plan for the evacuation of Kharkiv is not even theoretically. Russia creates a group of troops in the northern direction. The chairman of the Kharkiv Ova Oleg Synigubov on the air of a tele -marathon responded to the data of analysts at the Institute of War Study (ISW) on Russian troops in the Kursk region. According to him, the enemy creates a certain group of troops.

Experts analyze information about the probable impact from the north. "In the north, so really the enemy creates a grouping of troops," he said. Oleg Synigubov explained that Kharkiv evacuation plans were developed for a long time ago. Currently, there is no reason to say that you need to implement it even theoretically.

The Russian military relocated some of the troops to the territory of the Kursk region, as well as forming a group of troops for a possible future offensive operation of Russia against northeast Ukraine and Kharkiv. However, the Russians will not have the strength to capture the big city, as noted in the analytical report of the American Institute for War Study (ISW) of May 5.

Such actions, according to experts, may indicate that the future Russian offensive operation in northeastern Ukraine and in the Kharkiv area is possible. ISW believes that Ukraine should take the offensive initiative as soon as possible, as this initiative on the side of the Russian Federation will give Russia a number of advantages during 2024.
