This was reported by the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR MOU) Andriy Yusov in an interview with Espresso. "The mobilization measures are ongoing, they are mostly hidden in nature. They have not dreamed of another wave of public mobilization at this time, although such decisions were already on the table," Andrey Yusov said.

According to him, Russia is afraid of the reactions and the population of those territories in which mobilization measures were planned - central and metropolitan regions. "Public opinion is worth nothing there, but still the fear of a rebellion is" rebellious, dishonest "in the Kremlin dwarfs," he stressed. Yusov noted that mobilization measures continue, more than 20,000 Russians are involved in different ways.

We are talking about recruiting among prisoners, debtors and other "unreliable" categories of the population. Whereas volunteers do not apply. In addition, the Russian Federation continues to mobilize the term. "Recruiting, including with the motivation of financial payment or, if a person does not sign a contract, then some sanctions promise," he explained. Andriy Yusov said that former Russian servicemen are forced to sign a contract.

GUR added that the mobilization resource of the Russian Federation is greater than in Ukraine, but they have problems with motivation and quality. In addition, it is not boundless, the Russian economy has started to feel a marriage, in particular, some enterprises lacks men's hands.
