Among the guests, in addition to the Member States, representatives of Bangladesh, Egypt, Mauritius, Mauritius, Nigeria, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Singapore will also be present. Ukraine was not included in the G20 Summit. Special Secretary of the Indian presidency in G20 Mictesh Pardeshi told reporters, reports the Russian edition of RBC.

Answering questions about the possible visit of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to the Grand Twenty summit, Pardeshi noted that there was a list of nine countries that received an invitation to this event. "The country you mentioned is not included in this list," the secretary replied.

According to the G20 website, among the guests, in addition to the Member States, there are Bangladesh, Egypt, Mauritius, Nigeria, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Spain, Oman and Singapore. The Subramania Minister of India Jayshankar in early June also announced a similar decision. Then the diplomat explained this decision by the fact that only the G20 member countries should be present at this forum.

Ukraine, which is not part of this association, has not been invited to the West. Pardeshi also asked if India would make efforts to unite the global South countries against the Russian position on the Ukrainian conflict. "The G20 is an economic forum, not a forum for geopolitical discussions," he explained, adding that the summit can discuss the economic consequences of the conflict, but not the way to resolve it.

It is important to note that the Russian Federation is in the list of G20 countries, which gives Vladimir Putin's right to participate in the summit. We will remind that on August 9 the media wrote that the Kremlin was scared of diplomatic isolation after meeting in Saudi Arabia. According to journalists, in Moscow think it will be useful to gather their summit, at which peace talks with Ukraine will be discussed.
