Russia is able to continue the offensive only due to its predominant human resource, says military observer Alexander Kovalenko. Hence the logical conclusion: the condition of stopping this offensive is an increase in enemy losses. It is also noteworthy that the Russian army also decreases the number of lightweight vehicles used during storms. Increasingly, the infantry, small groups is preferred.

Thus, resolving the issue of RVV on the offensive now lies in the plane of solving the problem with their human resource, which prevails. The problem of increasing enemy losses should be one of the main ones in the near future - taking into account the success of the depletion of the mechanized component.
