The Russians were allowed to participate in the training of pilots in Finland - the media

The EU Court has abolished sanctions that restrict their flights in Europe. However, Russians cannot control aircraft officially owned by the Russian Federation. Citizens of the Russian Federation will again have the right to undergo piloting training in Finland. This is discussed in Yle. It is known that Russians, as well as persons with dual citizenship, are now able to prepare pilots of private aircraft and amateur pilots in Europe, including in Finland.

Such a change was made possible after the EU Court has abolished sanctions that Russian citizens were restricted in flight operations in Europe. The new rules provide for the granting of a written statement by Russian students, which will confirm compliance with the requirements. It is important to note that pilots who have Russian citizenship cannot control aircraft that belong or be exploited by Russians and cannot intend to fly to Russia.

The Traficom Transport and Communication Agency has issued an insurance document that, after signing, is transferred to the instructor on theory and flight. On March 13, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that after Finland's accession to NATO, Russian troops and lesions will appear near its borders. In this case, Putin was outraged by the actions of a neighboring country. According to him, Russia and Finland had "ideal relations" without any claims to each other.
