The authors of the investigation noted that this firm has the signs of "shelf" - that is, which is registered by lawyers and then sold for specific tasks. Journalists found that the said company bought anti-tank pyramids and lego blocks from manufacturers and sold them "Global Bild Engineering" with a significant margin, which may exceed UAH 35 million.
The affinity of firms indicates that the owner of "Dnipro Promsnab Bid" Vitaliy Ponomarenko also received income from Global Bild Engineering, the investigators say. Thus, artificially created overpayment remained in the same structures.
Near the border with Belarus in the Zhytomyr region, part of the orders for the construction of fortifications was received by Nazitekhservice, which, according to investigators, rebuilt the LCD "Irpinsky Lipki" in the Kiev region for more than UAH 600 million in 2023. At the same time, journalists point out that Nazitechservice was not engaged in construction, and transferred all the 30 million hryvnias received for the construction of fortifications for the construction of fortifications.
It, in turn, transferred some of the money to another related structure of LLC "Meltner Strong", which spent the received amount for the purchase of 56 tons of fabric. "Such operations usually indicate intentions to withdraw funds in cash," the journalists said. The other "Revikwick" received part of the amount of investigators could not be traced.
According to journalists, and Global Bild Engineering and Namitechservice have an indirect connection with the co -owner of the Quarter 95 studio Timur Mindic, close to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
