Ukraine presented specific steps to return children stolen children

Under the chairmanship of Ukraine and Canada, the second meeting of the International Coalition was held for the return of Ukrainian children. At the meeting, the Ukrainian side presented specific projects to work on the return of illegally deported and forcibly displaced by Russia. Among the main questions - where they are, how to return them first, and then support, help with rehabilitation and bring the perpetrators responsible.

In particular, the adviser - the Presidential of Ukraine for the Rights of the Child and Children's Rehabilitation Darya Gerasimchuk spoke about the project of information support. “We need to talk loudly about the crimes of deportation of Ukrainian children and all the efforts made by the world community and Ukraine to overcome this phenomenon. The stolen voices have already helped us attract the world's attention to this topic, ”she stressed.

Irina Tulyakova, the head of the Coordination Center for Family Education and Children's Care, has presented a project for reintegration of children. According to the results of the meeting, dozens of countries expressed their readiness to take an active part in the implementation of these initiatives. The International Coalition for the Returning Ukrainian Children is a continuation of the Bring Kids Back UA plan initiated by President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
