The competent comboy organizes the lesions of the enemy by managing units and interaction between batteries, drones, infantry, armored vehicles, communication and determines the priority of the goals and the feasibility of consumption of ammunition. The evaluation of its results is the number of videos of the lesion by all units of his brigade.

The incompetent combrig stares the stream, sees the goal and takes the control of the lesion, says where to fly the drones, how artillery and mortars should shoot, corrects himself, on the air of such a combrig OR, mat, he creates in subordinates psychosis, because he wants everything now. But accurate hits need careful planning. Such combriges think that the war goes through them, they only see themselves everywhere, and subordinates for them are imperfect tools.

When such combriges are constantly playing in military, time to manage tactical actions, plan, listen to people, such comburgs are not available. And for some reason, there is no time to learn. It came to me on the example of one brigade in an important direction, where they recently changed a fully competent combrig - and now the new commare was shooting there on his own.

I see in this the absence of clear criteria for assessing the competence of the connection commanders in the military-political leadership. We have many commanders who are focused on achieving the main result - maximizing enemy losses and minimizing their own losses.
