According to her, citizens are urged to join the ranks of "territorial defense" in the shortest possible time to replenish the stocks of people who are fighting against the Armed Forces on the BLA field.

The whole reason is that most units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are very exhausted and lead a battle with Ukrainians without enthusiasm. "Our combat work does not give them such a rest, we continue our work. We are terrorizing them in response," Natalia Humeniuk said. In order to partially solve the problem, they decided to replenish the resource at the expense of Ukrainians living in temporarily occupied territories and issued a Russian passport.
