Volodymyr Zelensky noted the Order of Freedom of 16-year-old Tigran Ogannisyan and Nikita Khanganov, who were killed in the temporarily occupied Berdyansk

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on awarding the Order of Freedom Posthumous Tigran Ogannisyan and Nikita Khanganov, whom Russian invaders were killed on June 24, 2023 in the temporarily occupied Berdyansk.   After the full -scale invasion of Russia and the occupation of Berdyansk, the boys stayed at home.

Tigran Ogannisyan actively expressed his pro -Ukrainian position, which repeatedly suffered pressure from the occupation troops: he was stolen from the house in which he lived with his grandmother, was subjected to torture and abuse, including electric shock and imitation of the execution. Nikita Khanganov also did not hide his pro -Ukrainian position.

In October 2022, the invaders tried to arrest the guy, interrogated with their father and later began to fabricate the case of alleged diversion on the railway and searches at home. The case against the boy was prepared in court and planned to sentence him up to 20 years of prison. Tigran Ogannisyan and Nikita Khanganov were friends. The invaders killed them on June 23, 2023. After that, a video with the last words of the boys got into the network: "All, it's death, guys. Farewell.
