The head of the Center for Combating Misinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Kovalenko said that a factory of fiber optic systems was significantly affected in Saransk during the plaque, and this could lead to stopping its work. Andriy Kovalenko noted that JSC "Design Bureau of Instrumentation" is one of the flagships of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. It develops modern weapons systems, including anti -tank complexes, combat modules and small arms that are actively used by occupiers in the war against Ukraine.
