There will be 23 such mobile investigative groups in the Kharkiv region. The employees of the prosecutor's office, the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police, Explosives and other experts will be composed. They will carry out reviews of destroyed civilian infrastructure objects and will be engaged in the facts of the killings of local residents. In addition, five so -called "thematic groups" are formed.
