Also on social networks at 9:24 they were informed about explosions in Dubno.

The head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration Alexander Koval confirmed that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation again attacked the region in the morning. According to him, the air defense forces worked in the region. "There are no consequences for civilian infrastructure. We work on," said Ova head. The Duben City Council did not comment on the situation in the city after the morning shelling at the time of the material.
