The occupiers in Crimea declare that they knocked UAVs near the Kafa substation in Theodosius

The 220 kilovolt substation provides energy on the captured peninsula. In occupied Crimea, it is stated that they were beaten by a drone in the area of Kafa nodal substation for 220 kilovolts in Feodosia. About it writes the Russian edition of RBC with reference to Oleg Kryuchkov, who calls himself an adviser to the so -called "head of Crimea" Sergei Aksenov. As it is specified, it is one of the two substations that provide energy through the Kerch Strait.

According to Kryuchkov, the substation has not been damaged, and energy supply has not been violated. "As for the Kafa substation. The drone has been shot. There is no damage, no energy is broken," he commented. The occupiers' manual specified that the fragments had fallen in the territory of the energy facility. The Russian media are not reported on details of the event.

The Kafa substation was launched on the territory of the captured peninsula in 2015 to ensure the work of the Crimea - Kuban energy. It is 120 km away from the Kerch Strait. The substation is the point of connection of three cable and air lines of energy to the Crimea and the main distribution terminal, providing the reversal of the peninsula power system from north to east.

In addition, the occupiers, during the creation of the Crimean energy, also adjusted the second substation - "Taman" for 500 kilovolts on the Taman Peninsula. We will remind, the Washington Post, citing a number of sources, writes that US Presidential Advisor Joe Baiden on National Security Jake Sullivan suggested that President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky be open to the Kremlin after the full -scale war and review the military.
