This was stated by Deputy Minister of National Defense Martin Ochpa, reports Rzeczpospolita on July 3.

According to him, there is nothing like that, because Warsaw, being a full member of NATO, can require it. Moreover, if in the neighboring country, Belarus, the Russian Federation is about to do the same. "I want to reassure everyone. Remember that we are already a member of NATO. The Alliance is a nuclear state and, if necessary, it will use such tools for the protection of its members, which it will consider it necessary," - the message reads.

It is a Nuclear Sharing program that allows NATO to place nuclear weapons in membership countries. Since 2009, this program has been in Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Turkey. Whether it will appear in Poland - it will all depend on the actions of Belarus and the Russian Federation, Martin Ochpa said.

"We will signal our allies that if Russia's offensive potential continues to approach our borders, we, as NATO, have to send signals about our readiness to strengthen our defense potential," the message reads. We will remind, on June 30 it was reported that Poland agrees to place nuclear weapons.
