To do this, they need to fulfill a certain condition. The commander of the Russian Volunteer Corps Denis Nikitin responded to the appeal of the inhabitants of the village of Nova Tavolzhanka of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. The Russian authorities ignore the request of citizens for funds for the reconstruction of the settlement.

Meanwhile, Nikitin is ready to meet the Russians. This is reported in the address published in the Telegram channel RDC. Nikitin responded to a video, which was posted on August 15 by the residents of the New Tavolzhanka - they complained that they did not have the money to repair the homes. The RDC commander confirmed that there will be no funds, because "the Russian authorities are not able to pour or spray.

" According to him, to hope for help naively: "You will definitely not reach the capital's leadership. It is no point in hoping for Governor Gladkov - he has repeatedly proved himself as an ordinary coward. " Therefore, the Russian volunteer stated that he was ready to finance the needs of residents of the border territories of the Russian Federation, who did not take in the hands of weapons - "support in difficult times". According to him, he will "provide financial assistance to restore premises.

" But to do this, the Russians need to fulfill certain conditions. In particular, in order to get money from RDCs, the residents of the new Tavolzhanka must record a video asking for help by calling their name and contact information. After that, they are contacted through the messenger. In a video, which was published the residents of the border settlement the day before, they turn to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

It is said that an emergency regime is not introduced in the territory - in their opinion, the main reason why requests for help ignore the authorities. Their only desire is "to receive compensation for destroyed housing and from there. " The inhabitants of the village said that the Russian authorities do not help repair the apartment. One of the residents said that she lost everything - both the house and the summer kitchen - and now she has nowhere to live.

In addition, children of 7 and 12 years are afraid of shelling that occasionally occur in the territory. Nova Tavolzhanka is a village 3 km from the border with Ukraine, near the village of Shebekino is located nearby. The population is almost 5 thousand people. To Kharkiv, which has been suffering from daily shelling of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for more than a year - about 50 km.

At the beginning of June 2023, the RDC and Legion "Freedom of Russia" held a raid in the territory of the Belgorod region in the Shebekino area. In the first hours of the raid, they took control of a new Tavolzhanka and advanced several kilometers deep. During the fighting, Russian volunteers neutralized about 8 military personnel of the Russian Federation, captured - about 13 people. Two or more tanks and four BBMs were also destroyed.
