Vladimir Fitio, a spokesman for the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

"If the representatives of the shopping center were recorded in the department of traumatology hospital and if they were distributing the summons there, it would be strange. And the gym is a public place," he said. The spokesman stressed that the law clearly sets out places where the summons are forbidden. It is possible in other places. A gym or gym is an institution that provides public services.

"And if their owners do not deny, then representatives of the shopping center can take measures there to alert citizens who may be mobilized," the pharynos said. According to the military, such summons "do not oblige anything". However, they inform that the military should appear in the CCC. "It turns out that for some reason, the persons who had to hand over the summons were not found at home. And in this way, this person was simply informed," the pharynos explained.

He confirmed that Ukrainians can ignore such notifications because the summons should be presented personally. However, if a person does not avoid updating his data or mobilization, he will respond to such a summons.
