Law enforcement officers investigate the actions of the rector of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra in favor of Russia. They arrived home after the suspicion was given. She posted on Telegram footage from the priest's home. SBU staff visited a private two -storey mansion, where Metropolitan Paul probably lives.

Inside the building you can see expensive decoration with gilding, fireplace, bizarre chandelier with many decorative elements. In this case, many things are packed in polyethylene or blistering film, such as icons. On the table near the sofa, militiamen noticed a large statuette in the form of a golden fish inlaid with red and blue stones. On the wall of the house hangs a portrait of Metropolitan Paul in his youth.

Another item that deserves attention with a two -headed eagle is a symbol of the Russian Empire. The journalist Andriy Tsaplienko posted a photo of the handle on the Telegram on the gate of Metropolitan Paul, and you can see a similar coat of arms. According to the journalist, the priest's house also found the book "Russia. Great Fate".

On the morning of April 1, the SBU presented the Metropolitan of the UOC Pavel suspicion of two crimes: ignition of religious hostility and justifying the armed aggression of Russia. The priest himself told reporters: he was accused of cooperating with the Russian Federation and cursing the children of President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
