A resident of the Penza region stated that the summons had been handed over to her classmate.

According to her, they are spread "in quiet" and plan to mobilize three thousand people in the region. "It is said that the second wave of mobilization has already begun, but we will not be as large as the first. It is reported that in the Murmansk region residents also began to distribute summons. We will remind, on March 14 the media reported that the Voronezh region became the first region, where the authorities confirmed that it began to send summons to the military enlistment office.

Officials assure that this is due to the "updating of military accounting data". However, journalists learned that the Kremlin intends to carry out hidden mobilization.
