Law enforcement officers have completed an investigation into a judge of the Northern Appeal Court of Appeal of Kyiv, who is suspected of supporting occupation and inducing collaboration.

According to the Attorney General's office, the indictment regarding the suspect has already been sent to court. According to the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR), the judge is a native of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. After the temporary occupation of the peninsula, the Russian troops were transferred to one of the courts of the Kiev region. It is noted that after the transfer, the man did not change anti -Ukrainian views and approved the armed aggression of Russia.

Also, after the start of a full -scale invasion of February 24, 2022, the judge continued to support the occupation of the Ukrainian territories.
