According to the investigation, the judge expressed regret when Russian troops departed from the village near Kiev. Law enforcement officers have completed an investigation into a judge of the Northern Appeal Court of Appeal of Kyiv, who is suspected of supporting occupation and inducing collaboration.

According to the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR), the judge is a native of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. At that time, law enforcement officers published quotes of the suspect's conversations with a friend from Melitopol of the Zaporozhye region: the man is suspected of denial of Russia's armed aggression and inducing collaboration. He threatens up to 15 years in prison for committed. It is noted that he was elected a precaution of 3 million UAH and arrested three land, a house near Kiev and a car.
